Which size should I purchase?
We recommend both men and women size up from their typical size. AlpacaCloud™ tends to run a size smaller - and feels very comfortable and wearable when sized up.
Does AlpacaCloud™ shrink?
Due to the natural fibres used, minimal shrinkage can occur. It's always best to follow the care instructions to retain the garment's shape and feel.
Are the colors of the inside and outside the same when reversed?
The primary difference when reversed is the texture - one side is soft and fuzzy, while the other is breathable and cooling. The color remains consistent.
How does AlpacaCloud™ compare in durability to traditional wool or cashmere?
Alpaca wool is known for its resilience and longevity, often outlasting traditional wool and cashmere with proper care.
Our AlpacaCloud® blend is constructed with Alpaca, Tencel, Organic Cotton, and Recycled Polyester. Material Details - Body: 50% Organic Cotton, 20% Alpaca, 30% Tencel, Shell: 60% Organic Cotton, 40% Recycled Polyester.
