I bought 3 pair of the Cloud socks in L/XL the largest they make. I wear size 12W shoes was excited to try these. They fit great in the foot but were too tight around my ankle. When contacted them, surprisingly customer device connected with right away! They apologized and told how to return them. I did and within days confirmed receipt and issued a credit to my CC which took only 3 or 4 days.. pretty awesome customer service. They are real deal
