Delivery within the US is usually around 3-5 business days from the date it was shipped out.

For international orders, it usually takes around 5 to 10 business days but it really depends on how quickly your customs give clearance. Due to customs clearance, we are not able to guarantee delivery timing.

We accept returns or exchanges that are unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If you did not select the Package Protection, orders are subject to shipping costs on returns/exchanges.

Please note that gift cards and/or items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping charges and methods will vary based on the shipping country. You may be charged duties fees by your country when your order arrives. Due to customs clearance, we are not able to guarantee delivery timing.

To cover the cost of international shipping and restocking, we charge international customers shipping fee for each return/exchange. Duties and taxes are not refunded for international returns. Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. We suggest checking around your home (porch, mailroom), and then waiting 24 hours - most of the time, it arrives within that window.

Sometimes we split orders into multiple shipments, and your order history or confirmation email will have all the tracking info you need.

Due to the natural fibres used, minimal shrinkage can occur. It's always best to follow the care instructions to retain the garment's shape and feel.
