We believe protecting the world and its wildlife is a community effort.

In a world where so many companies claim to be making an impact, we’ve gone the extra mile to travel the world searching out top class organizations to partner with and work closely with in the field, bringing another level of transparency to the impact being made.

Giving back is in our roots.

When you Follow Your Legend you choose the path of the heart. Our mission is to protect the world and its wildlife. We’ve designed our products to serve as a reminder of our connection to nature.

To achieve our mission, we give back 12% of proceeds from our clothing, jewelry, and plushies to our partner charity organizations. We donate 1% of sales from all Olive Ridely Project related products to help the rescue and rehabilitation of injured sea turtles. Our Legend Magazine donates 50% of sales to our partner charity organizations.

We are dedicated to eco-friendly and regenerative materials.

We are dedicated to making our products from ethical and sustainable resources. We choose to use organic, responsible, and recycled materials.

We use a cork material for our bracelets that is a PETA approved plant based vegan alternative to leather.

This cork is sustainably harvested using the bark of the tree and doesn’t cause any harm to the tree. Harvesting the bark from the tree enhances its natural ability to absorb carbon dioxide by 3 to 5 times, reducing carbon emissions.

Engaging and supporting local communities.

Big problems require locals solutions and problems don’t get solved unless you engage the local community. We make it a priority to make sure people in the local communities are empowered to provide solutions.

We saw this first hand when we traveled to Sierra Leone, Africa to provide people access to clean water. We saw hundreds of broken water wells that were
non functional and incapable of repair. This is caused by many NGOs and charities coming in to these countries and building water wells from materials that aren’t sourced from in the country and providing no training any local people on how fix the water wells.

We knew this problem required a different approach. After a year of planning and research, we employed a local team in Sierra Leone, Africa who are all from the area where the water wells are being built. They have all grown up there and know the people and the problems they face. Each water well is built with local materials, so if something breaks it’s easy to fix and doesn’t cost them thousands of dollars to import a part from another country.

But don’t take our word for it, watch it below.
